  • Program: ITALIAN

Ingredients

  • 246 ml water
  • 9 g olive oil
  • 4 g salt
  • 3 g sugar
  • 420 g white flour
  • 3 g grain yeast
  • 1 g basil
  • 1 g oregano
  • 45 g black olives
  • 67 g sun-dried tomatoe

Preparation

  1. Drain the olives and sun-dried tomatoes and chop finely.
  2. Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the ITALIAN programme.
